The radio station is operated on board of the sailing vessel JOY
JOY is Dutch design by Dick Zaal for Conyplex, the builder. Main characteristics: length 11.3m, beam 3.6m, draught 1.95m, 9 ton displacement, ketch rigged, glass reinforced polyester construction. JOY was build in 1985. We bought the boat in 2016 and after travelling in the Netherlands and Scandinavia for two years we decided to quit our jobs, sell our house and go live onboard to travel.

The years to come we plan to travel from Netherlands to: England, Spain, Portugal, Madeira, Canary Islands, Cape Verden, Suriname, Carib, Curacao, Colombia, Panama, French Polynesia, Hawaii, Alaska....
